Talk Tuesdays

Talk Tuesdays are part of the Myers Park Mental Health Committee’s effort to encourage meaningful conversations between parents and teens. These prompts and resources are designed to help families check in, talk through challenges, and strengthen connection.

In past years, Talk Tuesdays included short video discussions with counselors and staff. More recently, we’ve expanded the series to include weekly parent check-in prompts shared on Instagram, offering simple conversation starters that families can use at home.

Follow along on Instagram and Mustang Express emails for our latest Talk Tuesday prompts.
